CMS, Inc. is recognized as the founding firm of the life insurance premium financing concept called the Capital Maximization Strategy (CMS). Since the introduction of the CMS concept in 1996, the life insurance industry has grown to recognize CMS as the foundation from which all premium financing programs have evolved. In 2005, Succession Capital Alliance (SCA) was formed as an affiliate company to CMS, Inc. to address a void in the understanding and communication of life insurance within the insurance industry. Our partnering program is based on a mutually shared desire to help clients maximize their Succession Capital. The mechanics of our model are straightforward, flexible and based on the industry wide principle of joint work.
